Article about the Concert in The Union Leader
The date was January 23, 2011. I was fortunate to be part of a wonderful fundraising effort for the LOVE HOPE STRENGTH organization - their mission: LHSF is an international, music-centric cancer charity dedicated to saving lives, one concert at a time. The mission is to save lives, right now, with the advances that have already been made in cancer care.
Audience members signed up for a match - ready to donate for bone marrow patients. The concert was a wonderful acoustic evening with about 5 performers - all of them amazing. I played some songs that I haven't played in a while, some actually never in front of an audience yet. They were chosen with care to match the cause.
The venue, THE JAM FACTORY, in Manchester, NH is run by Sadi Khan, who also maintains a web presence on Facebook where you can view clips from the concert:
